Truffled Asparagus Bundles
Makes 12 appetizers or 4 sides
1 bundle of asparagus, rinsed, picked over  and snapped
6 slices of
Volpi Prosciutto
San Guiliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Ground Pepper
Da Rosario White Truffle Oil
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
1.     Take three or four asparagus stalks and roll together in a half piece of
Prosciutto, trying to cover as much asparagus as possible.  Continue until
out of Prosciutto.  
This can be chilled for up to three days in an airtight
container.

2.     Drizzle with olive oil and fresh pepper.

3.     Preheat the grill to medium heat.  Place asparagus bundles on the grill.  
Grill for about 4 - 5 minutes on each side, until the Prosciutto get nice and
crispy, but careful not to burn the asparagus too much.

4.     Plate your bundles.  Drizzle lightly with truffle oil and lightly shave the
cheese over the asparagus.  Enjoy!
