2 Green Onions, chopped
4 Celery stocks, diced
¼ Sweet onion, finely diced
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ pkg. Blue Crab Bay Crab Dip Mix
1 tsp. Blue Crab Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 can (6.5 oz) Miller’s Select Claw Crab Meat, drained
1 can (6.5 oz) Miller’s Select Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, drained
1 pkg. Sable & Rosenfeld Cocktail Cups
1. In a medium bowl, combine green onions, celery, sweet onion,
mayonnaise, dip mix, Worcestershire sauce, and seafood seasoning
until well incorporated. Gently fold in crab until well mixed. Cover
and chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. Put a tablespoon of crab salad in each cocktail cup and serve!
Variations: Rather than cocktail cups, stuff the crab salad into cherry
tomatoes, endive leaves, or celery sticks. For a light lunch or dinner, stuff
the crab salad into halved Roma Tomatoes or a halved avocado!
